Understanding YOU and what makes you unique
You are unique. And your short, medium and long-term financial goals are as unique as your fingerprints.
Which is why we begin by understanding what you want now, in 5 years time and in 20 years time. The decisions we make together will make meeting your medium and long term goals far easier.
We also look at your current financial situation because any detail missed now could send us in the wrong direction. We all hate nasty surprises, so we make sure no stone is left unturned before going to the lenders.
Now that we understand where you are and where you’re going we create a roadmap to cross the gap.
The roadmap makes sure that what we do now also helps you meet your long-term goals.
Maybe you want an interest only loan.
Perhaps one you can make extra repayments into so you can draw them out later if need be.
You might even need a loan that lets you transfer your other debt like credit cards and personal loans into, and reduce your overall monthly repayments.

We go through over 2,000 loans, eliminating the ones which won’t suit you, and then sifting through the ones left over looking for the one which will be a good fit for you.
Once we come up with it we talk you through it to ensure you understand the product thoroughly.
Next, we finalise all the details we need from you, including your latest payslips, rates notices, bank statements etc which the banks need before verifying them, finalising your application and sending it through to the lender.
Because we know the finance system so well we make sure your application is done the right way so it gets approved more efficiently, and we chase it hard to get it approved without unnecessary delays.
Once your mortgage is approved we hold your hand to make sure everything goes smoothly.
If it’s a new purchase then we make sure you know what to give to your real estate agent, and what to send to the bank.
If it’s a re-finance then we do it with you.
When everything settles we follow up with you to make sure the following things are set up correctly:
- Phone banking
- Internet banking
- Your line of credit (if you have one)
- Your offset (if you have one)
- Your credit card facility (if you get one with your loan)
PLUS We will answer any questions you have about your paperwork and the terms and conditions of your loan.(Don’t worry if you don’t understand all these terms. We’ll explain them to you in plain, easy to understand English).
Finally, we will follow you up in 12 months’ time for a final review. This is to make sure everything is still working for you, to update your roadmap with any new plans you have and look for new opportunities to get more out of your loan.
